How does Utrain handle payments for packages?
Utrain handles payments securely within the app. After booking a package, the payment is processed and automatically collected by the trainer and credits are issued. The client can then book sessions using credits until the package expiration date or all credits are used ensuring a safe, hassle-free, and transparent transaction. Once a client purchases a package, they can book posted session slots until the credits are used in full or the expiration date passes. To use credits, clients simply navigate to a session, tap book, and select the package and confirm, rather than a card, Apple Pay, or cashapp pay. Please note there is no refund request process for packages so please contact your trainer before purchasing, we do not recommend purchasing a package as your first session with a new trainer. Refund requests for a session used credit can be issued per normal.
