What happens to my package credits once the package date expires?
Unused package credits undergo a transition once the expiration date has passed. It’s important to note that these credits become non-active after the designated expiration date. What happens if my trainer cancels my booked session?
If your trainer cancels your booked training session, a refund will be automatically processed back to your payment method or, if a package credit was used to book, your credit will be restored accordingly. How are refund requests handled on Utrain?
When a session is booked, the payment is withdrawn from the athlete and held securely in escrow until the scheduled session’s end time. It’s important to note that once the session concludes, the window to request a refund closes. If a refund is desired, athletes or parents can submit a request. Subsequently, the trainer is notified and can either approve or deny the request. It’s crucial to understand that submitting a refund request doesn’t guarantee acceptance; both parties have the chance to include a message along with their request or response.
