Utrain handles payments securely within the app. After booking a package, the payment is processed and automatically collected by the trainer and credits are issued. The client can then book sessions using credits until the package expiration date or all credits are used ensuring a safe, hassle-free, and transparent transaction. Please note there is no refund request process for packages so please contact your trainer before purchasing, we dot not recommend purchasing a package as your first session with a new trainer. Refund requests for a session used credit can be issued per normal.
