When a session is booked, the payment is withdrawn from the athlete and held securely in escrow until the scheduled session’s end time. It’s important to note that once the session concludes, the window to request a refund closes. If a refund is desired, athletes or parents can submit a request. Subsequently, the trainer is notified and can either approve or deny the request. It’s crucial to understand that submitting a refund request doesn’t guarantee acceptance; both parties have the chance to include a message along with their request or response.
